Baptism

Sunday was a very special day for us. Our 2 oldest daughter stood before those in our church and proclaimed that they had asked Jesus into their heart, and they wanted everyone to know. Their Daddy was then able to baptize them. Another reason it was so special was their 2 cousins were also baptized by their dad, Ralph's brother. Words really are not enough to describe how Ralph and I both felt to have the girls so excited for everyone to know that they love Jesus. I am so grateful for all the people that have come along side of us and encouraged the girls with their walk, and Ralph and I in our parenting. I know the journey has just begun, but I am excited to see what God has in store for them.
Here are a few pics!

My favorite picture! I missed the one where he picked Madison up and hugged her also. Laney was so happy when she came up out of the water.

We had a celebration then at a park for the girls. It was truly a special day. I appreciate everyone that made the day so special for the girls.
I am so proud of you Madison, Laney, Nathalie, and Anslie!

How exciting! I know you are so proud of both of them. That just shows the great way you have led them as parents. Thanks for being an example.

I know you don't know me, but I was looking for a friend of mine's blog and came across yours and your posting of your girls baptism. I praise the Lord for your girls' commitment to Christ. I have 2 young boys, and I can't wait for the day when I will be able to be a part of their salvation experience and see them baptized. It was so neat to see that their Dad was able to baptize them. :)
